We offer a traditional cider house menu from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime, with quality products at fair prices. At the heart of the experience is the practice of Txotx, a ritual where we invite you to taste the sagardo directly from the barrel.

The Kupela cider house is not just a restaurant. We have equipped our cider house with 4 stainless steel vats and 2 wooden vats, enabling us to offer you several different ciders.
We will be delighted to offer you several types of sagardo coming from orchards in different parts of the North and South Basque Country.

⚠️ CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: Please note that the Kupela Sagardotegia cider house will be closed from 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 inclusive! The last service of the year will therefore be on Sunday 22 December at noon. We will reopen on Tuesday 7 January 2025 at the usual times.
